I woke up this morning and rolled over and smiled. Dad left flowers on my nightstand. He bought me African Violets. They are a very pretty purple.
Mom got flowers too. Although she gets the more "traditional" dozen red roses. She was surprised. I was kind of happy that Mom got flowers because I was going to go buy myself some this weekend and photograph them. I still might go look at what there is.
